Terms & Conditions

1) Bookings, Deposits & Payments

• A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Deposites are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if informed >7 days in advance.
• The deposit will be applied to the final balance, which will be due on the day of the booking and paid in full before the start of the service.
• All prices are in AUD. Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer, Cash, and PayID.

2) Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made a week or more prior to the booking may have their deposit transferred to a future booking.
• Cancellations made within 1 week of the booking will result in their deposit being forfeited, requiring a new deposit to rebook.
• Failure to attend a booking or excessive lateness may be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the deposit.

3) Rescheduling & Lateness

• Rescheduling is free of charge if requested 72 hours prior to booking. (Applicable only once. Further rescheduling will incur $15 fees).
• Rescheduling within 72 hours of the booking incurs a $15 fee, with the deposit being carried over to the new date.
• Uninformed late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
• Lateness >20 minutes may result in services being shortened (full fee still payable) or considered a no-show.

4) Health & Beauty

• Clients must disclose all allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or recent treatments prior to the booking.
• Beno Beauty follows strict hygiene practices but is not liable for adverse reactions where relevant information was not disclosed.
• Clients who are unwell or contagious may be asked to reschedule in the interest of health and safety (fees may apply if rescheduled within 72 hours).

5) Media & Content Consent

• Photos or videos may be taken during or after the service.
• Such content will only be captured and/or shared with the client's verbal or physical consent at the time of the service.

6) Travel Fees

• Mobile services are available upon request and will incur a travel fee.
• The travel fee is determined by the distance required and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

7) Satisfaction & Terms

• Any concerns with the service must be raised during the appointment so adjustments can be made within the scheduled time.
• Once the client departs the appointment, services are deemed accepted and completed.
• By booking with Beno Beauty, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Beno Beauty reserves the right to update policies with prior notice provided on the booking page.
